This lunchtime webinar is an introduction to mediation in a healthcare environment

This MMF "Conflict Cafe" will provide a brief overview of mediation in a healthcare environment and challenge common misconceptions about mediation.

Each month, a member of the core MMF team will look at different aspects of conflict management and mediation in healthcare with a short presentation sharing expertise and insight. An opportunity for Q&A will follow
