Conflict Cafe: An introduction to the Conflict Management e-learning course

MMF Founder and Director, Sarah Barclay introduces the new Conflict Management e-learning course on understanding and managing conflict in children's healthcare, freely available to NHS staff, endorsed by the Paediatric Critical Care Society.

Sarah introduces some of the newly appointed NHS Regional Conflict Champions sharing their experiences and challenges working in paediatric healthcare teams and how they will support the training and help colleagues embed a shared approach to managing conflict.
