The health and wellbeing of colleagues and teams working in healthcare has always been important, but the COVID pandemic has amplified and highlighted the extent of the issues we face. If we’re going to overcome the challenges that lie ahead, we need to start by supporting the people who sit at the heart of our healthcare system.
