Conflict with parents and familiesLevel 2 - Intermediate
Learn how to manage conflict as a team using the MMF Conflict Management Framework (CMF)
Our Level 2 Intermediate training is aimed at senior nursing, medical and allied healthcare providers who have completed Level 1 training and have responsibility for managing conflict within their clinical specialties.
This training teaches you to:
- Use the MMF Conflict Management Framework at different stages of conflict escalation.
- Participants will have the opportunity to role-play managing conversations at different stages of conflict. Included in the training is a package of useful documents including template letters for families/parents/caregivers and Acceptance of Responsibility agreements.
Really interesting and useful training, presented in a very interactive way.
