Our Level 3 training is the train-the-trainer programme, designed to equip health and social care providers with the skills and competencies to deliver the MMF Level 1 and 2 training themselves to colleagues and teams.

Course delivery:
4-day intensive course, comprising:
- 2-day instruction and discussion led by MMF associates to train participants to deliver the Level 1 and 2 course content
- 1-day supervised practice (applying skills to real-time Level 1 and 2 session delivery)
- 1-day assessment conducted by MMF associates, through observation of course delivery
- On successful completion participant will receive formal accreditation.
Trained trainers will then be supported to deliver two sessions of A and B training alongside an MMF trainer in order to receive accreditation by MMF. Accreditation must be renewed annually to ensure consistency of standards and practice.
