Conflict Cafe: Introducing the new MMF online Conflict Management training course with NHS England

This Conflict Cafe will be hosted by Sarah Barclay, Director MMF, Dr Esse Menson, MMF Senior Associate

Join us for a taster session of MMF's new online Conflict Management course for recognising, managing and de-escalating conflict between families and healthcare professionals.

Developed in partnership with NHS England, the course is freely accessible to staff working at all levels in children's healthcare. Three modules cover the causes and impact of conflict, the conflict pathway, and the skills and strategies to manage and de-escalate conflict.

MMF Conflict Cafes are free to attend if you register in advance. Numbers are capped so register early to avoid disappointment.

A short presentation will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions.  You can also email your questions ahead of the webinar.
