MMF’s Clinical Conflict Support Service offers senior clinicians, service managers and healthcare leaders a confidential space to discuss and reflect on challenging cases with an experienced medical mediator.  Our team understands the pressures of healthcare and brings clinical credibility alongside specialist skills in conflict resolution and communication and relationship repair.

 

Whether you’re managing early tensions, involved in a matter of clinical urgency or navigating a long-standing dispute, we will help you step back from the emotional heat and complexity of a case.

 

Using our evidence-based conflict diagnostic tool we will help you explore practical, ethically grounded ways forward, keeping the child, family, staff and team wellbeing at the heart of every conversation. 

 

Aligned with NHS values of compassion, respect, integrity and accountability, our service is flexible and easy to access.  Clinicians can buy support by the hour or in bundles of time, giving clinical services a simple way to invest in earlier, safe conflict management.  

All conversations are confidential and supportive and are structured to help you think clearly, lead wisely, and act in the best interests of all those involved.
